As a novice archer living in the UAE I was concerned with buying
equipment on-line. Several of Archery World's competitors did not fill
me with confidence, even if they replied to my inquiries. Archery World
provided me with sound advise on selecting a correctly poundaged bow
for my specific needs and double-checked my order to ensure the arrows
matched the bow, which they set up / tuned for me. The whole package
was delivered very quickly, arriving in perfect order through
international shipping and local customs. I immediately placed a second
order for carbon arrows, which Archery World fletched and pointed at no
extra cost, and these arrived perfectly and are a work of art. Archery
World provides equipment of the highest quality, however where they
stand 'head and shoulders' above all the other suppliers that I dealt
with is their customer service, which is infinitely patient, hard
working, 100% trustworthy and more importantly, very personal. Archery
is now my addiction and I only trust Archery World to provide for all my

found trying to remember how to string our recurve bows very difficult. I
was so glad to find your tutorial videos as the American videos were
appalling.

I recently purchased a bow from yourselves
after getting the Archery bug. I had visited a couple of other suppliers
first and then made a call to Archery World. I was really impressed
with the advice I was given and further impressed with the delivery of
the bow I had chose. I did go for the higher end of the Adult Bow
section and was really happy with my first use of the bow. I would
happily recommend you to anyone who was contemplating buying a bow
purely for the great advice and delivery of my order. If I ever upgrade I
will certainly use Archery World in the first instance.

Following 2-enquiry phone calls and a visit to the shop (3hr round
trip), I can honestly say the staff catered for my every whim, can I try
this, can I change that, they are knowledgeable, patient and
accommodating, .On returning home and assembling my new kit, I found
there was a small component missing, on speaking to a young lady at the
warehouse, she assured me I would receive it in the post the following
morning and it was. A VERY BIG THANK YOU to all the staff who are
brilliant and that's from a grumpy old man.
